How should we describe this area where we live?

Neighbourhood? Community?

Both terms mean concern and action for others.

Concerned-action describes HELPERS. People willing

to share their time and exoerience. The able - acting

on behalf oF the less able. Many of whom 'did their bit'

earlier in life for those living around them.

Concerned-Action is asked for Here and Here.
